MIFGS

A boutique garden entry in the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show 2014. This garden was inspired by the rugged shores and natural beauty of the Victorian coastline. Indigenous dune scrub planting, shell grit, rusted steel and limestone elements feature throughout, and connect with the honed concrete architectural forms. A mix of recycled & roughsawn hardwood materials bring warmth and a relaxed coastal feel to the overall space. This garden also features ‘Seals Play’ a custom sculptural piece developed by a Mornington Peninsula artist Christian Gundeson.
