A stunning renovated Queenslander home in Sunshine beach with a Californian - Mediteranean style fusion. Our brief was to create more usable space throughout the existing heavily sloped gardens. A new double carport, driveway, pool, decking, aluminium batten fencing, synthetic turf play space and a poolside cabana for outdoor living have all been integrated. A classic ‘white on white’ feel has been achieved with structural flooring and walling elements. Feature sandstone walls, garden steppers and sandstone gravel areas give textural variety creating warmth and a beach vibe throughout. Custom outdoor cabinetry, BBQ, outdoor shower and garden lighting provide this space with all the bells and whistles. Mixed lush foliage from succulent and subtropical planting themes soften the surrounds.
